YAY!
Spring
has sprung here in Tennessee…
and so has my “Country Living” themed mantel.
You will see that I used some old relics I had on hand (thanks Mom!) to create my
spring explosion of country living.
Watering can, birdhouse, old washing board, flowers…
things from past and present come together
to celebrate the outdoors in springtime and create the feeling of farm life!
Along with some sprigs of flowers tucked in between the stones,
I used an old lantern, an old rusty colander and a metal birdcage (for a punch of color)
to adorn the front of the stone fireplace.
I love using old metal and wood together.
It was lots of fun creating my “Country Living” Spring Mantel this year!

off to clean up my messy living room I created in the process! LOL!

Oh I love the flowers in between the stones. Gives you that feeling like natural stones and plants outdoors. CUTE!
